1. About These Terms

Welcome to thriiveelle.com (the “Website”).

The Thriiveelle online store is owned and operated by Nanjing Youkeshu Information Technology Co., Ltd. (“Thriiveelle,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms of Service explain the conditions that apply when you browse the Website, view products, use Website features, create or access an account, place an order, communicate with us, or otherwise use services made available through Thriiveelle.

Your use of the Website is also subject to other applicable policies made available through our store, including our:

  • Terms of Purchase;
  • Privacy Policy;
  • Shipping Policy;
  • Return & Refund Policy; and
  • Other notices or policies published on the Website.

By continuing to use the Website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies that apply to your transaction.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website and Services.

Our ecommerce store uses Shopify and other service providers as part of the technology and infrastructure supporting our online operations.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

2. Who May Use the Website

You may use our Website only if you have the legal capacity required to enter into transactions under the laws that apply to you.

If local law requires a minimum age to enter into a binding contract, you represent that you meet that requirement or otherwise have appropriate legal authorization.

The Website must only be used for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • Use the Website for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized activity;
  • Violate applicable laws or regulations;
  • Introduce malware, viruses, malicious scripts, or other harmful technology;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
  • Interfere with the security or normal operation of the Website;
  • Abuse checkout, promotional, payment, or account features; or
  • Violate the legal rights of another person or organization.

Serious or repeated misuse may result in restricted or terminated access where reasonably necessary and legally permitted.

3. Availability of Our Services

We may occasionally limit, suspend, modify, or restrict certain Website functions when reasonably necessary for purposes including:

  • Security;
  • Fraud prevention;
  • Maintenance;
  • Technical updates;
  • Legal compliance;
  • Prevention of misuse; or
  • Other legitimate operational reasons.

Information submitted through the Website may pass through different networks, hosting environments, payment systems, or service providers in order to complete requested Services.

Except where permission has been provided by us or the relevant rights owner, Website content may not be commercially copied, redistributed, resold, or otherwise exploited.

4. Website Content and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep information published on thriiveelle.com accurate and current.

However, Website content may occasionally contain typographical errors, omissions, outdated information, or other minor inaccuracies.

Where appropriate, we may correct or update Website content.

This does not remove obligations relating to accepted orders, product descriptions, prices, shipping, refunds, returns, or mandatory consumer rights.

Customers should review product information and applicable store policies before completing a purchase.

5. Products, Prices and Availability

Products, prices, promotions, availability, and Website features may change over time.

We may introduce, modify, discontinue, or temporarily remove certain products or Services.

Changes will not be used to unlawfully alter rights attached to orders that have already been accepted.

If a material pricing, listing, or product-information error is identified, the matter may be handled in accordance with our Terms of Purchase and applicable law.

6. Product Descriptions

We aim to present product information as clearly and accurately as reasonably possible.

Depending on the product, information may include:

  • Images;
  • Colors;
  • Materials;
  • Dimensions;
  • Features;
  • Specifications; and
  • Written descriptions.

Minor differences may occur because of screen settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing tolerances, packaging updates, or other reasonable production differences.

These minor variations do not affect rights that may apply where a product is damaged, defective, unsafe, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from its advertised description.

Please review our Return & Refund Policy for applicable remedies.

7. Orders

When submitting an order, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including your:

  • Contact details;
  • Billing information;
  • Shipping address; and
  • Other information required during checkout.

Placing an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

Before fulfillment, an order may be reviewed and, where reasonably necessary, may be declined or cancelled because of circumstances including:

  • Product unavailability;
  • Material pricing or listing errors;
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information;
  • Payment authorization issues;
  • Suspected fraud;
  • Shipping restrictions; or
  • Other circumstances that reasonably prevent fulfillment.

If we cancel an accepted payment and a refund is due, the applicable amount will generally be returned to the original payment method.

Please refer to our Terms of Purchase for additional ordering terms.

8. Payment

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

Payment options may vary based on factors such as:

  • Customer location;

  • Payment-provider availability; and

By submitting payment information, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Transactions may be handled through Shopify or independent payment-processing providers.

The origin of a shipment may depend on product availability, inventory placement, logistics capacity, and delivery destination.

As a result, the shipping location shown on a parcel may differ from the registered business address of Nanjing Youkeshu Information Technology Co., Ltd.

We do not represent that every order is shipped from our registered office or from a warehouse located in the United States.

11. Order Changes and Cancellation

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us promptly at:

service@thriiveelle.com

Requests should preferably be submitted before processing begins.

Once processing, packing, or shipment preparation has started, we cannot guarantee that the requested change or cancellation can still be completed.

Orders that have already been dispatched generally cannot be cancelled and may instead need to follow the applicable return process.

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further information.

Eligible products may generally be submitted for return within:

14 calendar days after receiving the order

provided that the applicable return requirements are satisfied.

Items should generally:

  • Be unused;
  • Remain in the condition in which they were received;
  • Include original packaging where applicable; and
  • Include valid proof of purchase.

Customers must contact our customer service team and receive return instructions before sending products back.

Do not send products to our registered company address unless our customer service team specifically instructs you to do so.

13. Return Shipping Costs

Where a return results from personal preference, ordering error, change of mind, or another customer-related reason, the customer is responsible for applicable return shipping costs.

Where the return results from a damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed product caused by our fulfillment error, the customer will not be responsible for the reasonable return shipping cost required to resolve the matter.

We do not charge restocking fees for approved eligible returns.

14. Refunds

After an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of the refund.

Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within:

5–10 business days

Your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.

Where provisions in these Terms differ from more specific provisions contained in our Return & Refund Policy or Shipping Policy, the applicable specific policy will govern to the extent permitted by law.

15. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged;
  • Defective;
  • Incomplete;
  • Incorrect; or
  • Materially different from its product description,

please contact:

service@thriiveelle.com

Include your order number, a description of the problem, and relevant photographs or videos where appropriate.

After reviewing the available information, we may provide an appropriate resolution such as:

  • A replacement;
  • An eligible refund;
  • An authorized return; or
  • Another suitable resolution.

Where the issue results from our fulfillment error or an eligible product defect, you will not be required to pay reasonable additional return shipping costs necessary to resolve the issue.

16. Third-Party Technology and Services

Our Website may rely on or provide access to independent third-party tools and services, including payment systems, ecommerce technology, applications, analytics services, and other functionality.

Third-party providers may maintain their own:

  • Terms;
  • Privacy policies;
  • Technical requirements; and
  • Operating procedures.

We do not control every aspect of independently operated third-party services.

Where relevant, you should review the applicable provider's terms before using those services.

17. External Websites

The Website may contain links to websites, platforms, applications, or resources operated by third parties.

Such websites operate independently from Thriiveelle.

We are not responsible for the independent third party's:

  • Website content;
  • Privacy practices;
  • Security;
  • Availability; or
  • Separately provided goods and services.

The existence of a link does not necessarily mean that Thriiveelle endorses the linked website.

18. Reviews, Feedback and Other User Content

Where customers are permitted to submit reviews, comments, photographs, feedback, or other content, they are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to provide that material.

You must not knowingly submit material that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, malicious, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

We may remove or restrict access to submitted content where reasonably necessary to protect customers, third parties, our Website, or our business.

19. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is explained separately in the Thriiveelle Privacy Policy.

That policy contains information about:

  • Personal information we may collect;
  • How information may be used;

  • Data retention;
  • Privacy rights;
  • Marketing preferences; and

Privacy-related requests should be submitted according to the procedures described in that Policy.

You may use the Website for lawful personal shopping purposes.

Without appropriate authorization, you may not commercially:

  • Copy;
  • Reproduce;
  • Modify;
  • Publish;
  • Distribute;
  • Sell;
  • License;
  • Exploit; or
  • Create derivative works from

protected Website content.

Third-party names, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

21. Website Operation

We aim to provide a stable and secure shopping environment, but uninterrupted Website availability cannot always be guaranteed.

The Website may occasionally be affected by:

  • Maintenance;
  • Technical failures;
  • Service interruptions;
  • Errors;
  • Network problems; or
  • Other operational issues.

To the extent permitted by law, Website functionality is provided on an “as available” basis.

This does not affect applicable rights relating to accepted orders, qualifying refunds, defective products, or mandatory consumer protections.

22. General Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the Website will always operate without interruption or technical error.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights relating to:

  • Statutory warranties;
  • Mandatory consumer guarantees;

  • Required legal remedies; or
  • Other protections that cannot legally be waived.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nanjing Youkeshu Information Technology Co., Ltd. and applicable service providers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from the use of, access to, or inability to access the Website where such liability may lawfully be limited.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

This limitation does not remove rights relating to matters such as:

  • Defective or damaged products;
  • Materially misdescribed products;
  • Incorrect orders;
  • Eligible refunds;
  • Fraud;
  • Willful misconduct; or
  • Mandatory consumer protections.

24. Responsibility for Misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you may be responsible for reasonable losses, claims, or costs directly caused by:

  • Your unlawful use of the Website;
  • A material breach of these Terms; or
  • Your infringement of another person's lawful rights.

This provision does not make you responsible for losses caused by our own unlawful conduct, negligence, breach, or failure to meet legal obligations.

25. Suspension or Termination of Access

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate Website access where reasonably necessary in circumstances involving:

  • Fraud or suspected fraud;
  • Illegal activity;
  • Security threats;
  • Serious Website misuse; or
  • Material violations of these Terms.

Termination or restriction of Website access does not remove rights or obligations that arose before the restriction, including those concerning payments, accepted orders, returns, refunds, or mandatory consumer rights.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a competent court or authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary under applicable law.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply where legally enforceable.

27. Applicable Law

These Terms and use of thriiveelle.com are subject to the laws that legally apply to the relevant transaction and circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or reduce mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
